The aim and intention of Impact India Foundation, in its efforts and also in this LLE Outreach app, is the health, treatment and well being of all patients, especially the rural poor across the length and breadth of India.
Information Collection and Use
For a better experience while using our website and mobile app, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to your name, phone number, and email address. The information that we collect will be used to contact or identify you.
The data of LLE Outreach application is saved on the server in encrypted format for security purposes. Government recognized Aadhaar card and voting card are used for patient identification, since these are unique identity documents mandated by law.
LLE Outreach application is a health application. In this application Impact India Foundation volunteers go to remote rural areas, where our community health program focuses, and takes information about the household as well as each member of the household. This includes, but is not restricted to, social, educational, professional, health etc. data of the house and members of the household. People who are backward and economically weak, especially the pregnant women and infants, are provided with health treatment as well as nutritional supplements. A photograph of each house and the members of household is also taken by the volunteer to ensure that the correct type of beneficiaries receive the free treatment, medication and nutrition supplements. It also ensures that our volunteers actually visit each and every house individually. Hence permission for camera is also requested.
Also, the patient's health related data, primarily medical history, collected by this application is used for taking detailed patient health history which is a must for proper treatment.
Patient registration for the medical treatment is done through the website and there is no age barrier for offering the free treatments and medical awareness given during Impact India Foundations ground level work in rural areas.

We want to inform you that whenever you visit our website and mobile app, we collect information that your browser sends to us that is called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser version, pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, and other statistics.

Medical history collected in this app is for the sole use of providing the best and optimal treatment to children and is shared only with the concerned treating doctor. No data, of any sort, is shared with any other person / agency at any point of time.
